Objective
To screen and provide a scorecard for the most promising potential sustainable zero-carbon fuels in a Nordic perspective, including identifying barriers and development needs.
Approach
A systematic review of relevant potential zero-carbon fuel alternatives for maritime transportation in the Nordics, which will be based on a range of key performance indicators and serve as an initial screening to identify relevant alternative fuels and the needs and challenges related to these. The selection of at least 3 promising zero-carbon fuels will be made and subjected to further analysis.
